Shipping, returns & refunds
Free shipping across India
Shipping is included for all products across all states in India. Dispatch normally takes 3–4 working days; delivery normally takes a further 2–5 working days after dispatch. These are estimated times, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Seven-day return window
Report defective or wrongly supplied products within 7 days of delivery. Opened items, installed components and special-order products are accepted when defective or wrongly supplied. Change-of-mind returns are not covered by this store policy.
Requesting a return
Email orders@costega.com with the order number, model and issue. Obtain return instructions before shipping. The customer arranges and pays for return shipment under this store policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Replacement and refund
Send the defective or wrongly supplied item back first. We arrange a replacement after receiving it. If replacement stock is unavailable, we initiate a refund within 1–2 days after receipt of the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit it.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact orders@costega.com as soon as possible. We will check whether dispatch can be stopped and confirm the outcome. Dispatched orders are handled under the return policy and applicable law.
