Privacy policy
Information we use
We collect account details, order and delivery details, contact information, cart contents and reviews that you submit. Profile and review photos are optional. Passwords are stored as protected hashes, not readable passwords.
Why we use it
We use this information to maintain your account and cart, fulfil orders, provide support, display reviews and protect the store from misuse. Delivery details are shared with service providers as needed to fulfil your order.
Photos and reviews
Your display name, approved public reviews and review photos are visible to visitors. Your optional profile photo appears with public reviews. Do not upload private documents or other people’s personal information.
Email preferences
Order emails relate to your purchase. Cart reminders are optional and controlled in your account. When enabled, reminders are scheduled after 10 hours, then 5 days after the first reminder. Completing the order stops reminders for that cart. Email sending is currently disabled.
Cookies and local storage
We use session cookies for sign-in and security, and browser storage for your cart. Read our cookies and storage policy.
Your requests
Contact orders@costega.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain order records required for accounting, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
